Reg Sec SASC regrets to inform SASC comrades of the death of Mick Buckley at Penzance on 25th January 2008.

Mick, active on the D Day landings, was an instructor on the Mortar Division at Netheravon during the '50s &'60s and lived with his family at Warminster.

Having completed his service he moved to London and subsequently Nottingham where he worked as a traning manager at the Hosiery & Allied Trades Association and in the Industry.

With Nan he retired to Penzance.
