The Regimental Secretary regrets to advise members of a pre-Christmas road traffic accident in Oman which involved SMI Martin Hailstone and his wife Sally. Tragically, Sally died in the accident and Martin is currently hospitalised in Selly Oak Hospital, Birmingham. It is thought that Martin will make a full recovery from his serious injuries (in time). No third party is believed to have been involved in the accident.
Our sympathy is extended to Martin and Sally's parents at this time.
